Due to ongoing business growth we are beginning our search to add to our current account management team in our East Dubuque, IL central office.

Job Description:
The Rockfarm Logistics Account Manager is responsible for the entire supply chain cycle of their assigned client accounts. Management of the Logistics Operating System is critical to the delivery of services within Rockfarm Logistics' Value Proposal. Profit and Loss, Client Scorecard, Client Business Review and Day to Day Account Management Support are all responsibilities of the Rockfarm Logistics Account Manager. The Rockfarm Logistics Account Manager will travel to their assigned client locations to conduct continuous improvement initiatives and client business reviews. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of organizational and client facing skills.

Essential Responsibilities
-Responsible for day to day account management responsibilities
-Responsible for creating and conducting client business reviews
-Responsible for identifying, managing and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for each client account
-Responsible for management of client base within Rockfarm Logistics Management System and critical KPI's
-Responsible for Load Control Management & Support for each client account
-Responsible for managing and procuring solution carrier base for each client account
-Responsible for maintenance, management and corrective action initiatives related to carrier performance and service
-Maintains overall responsibility for client freight audit & payment KPI's to include management of each client accrual.



Job Requirements:
Qualifications
-1+ years of applicable experience in supply chain or transportation
-Bachelors Degree or related field or equivalent experience required
-Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry required
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical software is required
