We remain in a rapid expansion mode for both sales and transportation services, including our private fleet, contract and brokerage operations. Our sister company, J&J Logistics, LLC is offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced, motivated, professional transportation broker. Broker will be based in Loxahatchee, FL and operate under our authority and appropriate insurances. Compensation is a commission based position.




Job Description:
This position is for local residents only.

Qualified candidates are required to handle inbound-outbound dispatch and customers, secure trucks, carriers, customers, maintain dispatch and invoice information. You will also need to monitor trucks daily, negotiate costs and rates and maintain delivery schedules to performance standards. Be prepared to discuss your revenues, profits and customer development achievements.


Job Requirements:
• Candidates must be experienced in brokerage transportation with a two year degree or equivalent experience
• Must have existing carrier contacts and a customer base, which are verifiable
• Strong organizational skills with daily negotiation of costs.
• Attention to details of dispatch and accounting.
• Knowledge of industry software - Windows and Internet
• Ability to travel ( up to 20% ) a plus.
