    EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you must have:
    • University Degree, Chartered Accountant designation & a minimum of 8 years experience within a publicly traded manufacturing company
    • Experienced in financial reporting, internal controls, corporate tax filing, job costing, contract administration, GL's, A/P, A/R & credit & collections
    • Solid working knowledge of MRP/ERP manufacturing and financial systems
    • Strong fundamentals in benchmarking and analyzing financial statements, cost structure & factory overhead
    • Detail oriented, proactive, self-starter with strong organizational & analytical skills
    • A team leader with excellent communication and presentation skills.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    • Preparing financial statements, various financial reporting requirements and audits
    • Audit Committee leadership; establishing, maintaining & monitoring all internal financial controls
    • Preparing required MD&A
    • Analysis of financial cost controls & performance measurements
    • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
    • Managing & preparing audit documentation
    • Financial analysis, coordinating accounting & statistical data & reports
    • Coordinating annual audit reviews; prepare working papers & schedules
    • Ensure accounting & reports are in compliance with CDN GAAP & government regulations.
    • Initiating & developing various reports & business processes, as required
    • Tracking & managing cash flow to optimize payments to vendors
    • Ensure effective financial internal controls over inventory counts, fixed assets & cash flow management
    • Ensure policies meet or exceed evolving regulations, legal requirements & industry trends
    • Overseeing company's MRP operating system
    • Assisting in the development, administration & evaluation of accounting policies & procedures.

    SALARY RANGE: Excellent Base Salary, Bonus, Benefits & Relocation.

    QUALIFICATIONS: CA with a minimum of 8 years experience in publicly traded company within the manufacturing sector.

    EDUCATION: University Degree with Chartered Accountant Designation.
