EMO also provides warehousing, distribution, packing, insurance, letters of credit, customs brokerage, and chartering. Job Description: Sorry, Visa / sponsorship not available. • Start to finish international logistics -routing, booking and documentation of all air export cargo. • Communicate with customers, carriers and overseas agents. • Preparation of shipment documentation- AWB, certificate of origin, Letter of Credit, DG materials. • AES filings • Track and trace shipments and report to customers. • Negotiate rates with air carriers and truckers. • Multitask and resolve complex matters. • Ensure rate quotations are completed in the time required. • Compliance of TSA regulations. Office location - Romulus, MI Job Requirements: • Experience related in logistics, export or import, entry writer, supervisor preferred • Bachelors or secondary education degree desired • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be able to multi-task • High level of initiative, self starter who can work well under pressure • Strong operations and customer service skills • Detail oriented • Proficient use of a PC and knowledge of software packages including Excel, Word and Outlook • Must be a team player but have the ability to work independently with little supervision Please send your resume and salary requirements via email. |
