POSITION DESCRIPTION: An organization located in Concord, Ontario is looking to fill a permanent Team Leader Bilingual Collections role. This individual must possess the ability to negotiate according to company policies, payment terms with contractors and collect funds within established time lines. The role would require a leader who has the ability to move into a management role when required, motivating and coaching 4 5 individuals.
