B) Exhibited a proven track record of sales success. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is a very large Freight Forwarding organization. They have offices throughout the world and are exceptionally adept at moving International Freight. At this exciting juncture they are seeking to add a Business Development guru to their Edmonton team. Our client seeks to expand their Edmonton business. Already a major player in this geographical region, they wish to capitalize on their considerable expertise and make sure as many companies as possible have the option of utilizing their exceptional services. You will be the focal point of this business development venture within Alberta. You will be responsible for expanding and managing existing named clients and acquiring new clients. Our client provides a full suite of Supply Chain Solutions. You will be able to offer freight solutions that encompass all functional modes such as, Air, Ocean, Ground, Intermodal, Customs, Etc. You must be an expert in Freight Forwarding; a really strong business development specialist who is capable of successfully promoting the wide breadth of services offered..
