As an Account Executive you will be responsible for expanding and managing existing named clients and acquiring new clients.

We are looking for, on behalf of our client, a strong business development person; someone who is capable of successfully promoting the full gamut of freight forwarding services.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to adopt a lucrative territory with a major player in the Freight Forwarding world. The South-Western Ontario territory has historically been a source of significant business; our client seeks to build on this legacy. This territory can be roughly defined as anything West of Oakville right up to U.S. border. In fact, special emphasis will be placed on the development of the territory adjacent to the border.

This position will offer the successful candidate considerable autonomy and flexibility; working out of a home based office. As a result you can live anywhere from Oakville to Sarnia to Windsor. We welcome all qualified applicants from locations such as: Chatham, Windsor, Sarnia, Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, St. Catherines, St.Thomas, Woodstock, Welland, Stratford, Etc.

As a true driving force behind the development of new business you have an outgoing personality, are able to work in a team, are self motivated, aggressively pursue targets, and can work the modern tools for sales success such as MS office and CRM software.
