| Job Description: This position is for local residents only. Sorry, Visa / sponsorship not available. Phoenix International Freight Services, Ltd., is the largest privately owned full-service international freight forwarder, consolidator, NVOCC and Customs broker headquartered in the United States. We are seeking a Air Export Agent for our Detroit, MI office. This is a part time position and the hours required will be about 30-36 hours per week. As an Air Export Agent you will be responsible for: * Processing air export shipments * Quoting rates to customers * Invoicing * Working with other departments to coordinate shipments Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * At least 2- 5 years experience in air export operations * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) * Outgoing personality with a positive attitude * Willingness to learn * Creative problem solver who wants to grow in the department * Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) We also offer a fast paced, growth environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
