My client is a family owned Truck Broker and Asset Based carrier, based in the Dallas, TX area, who specializes in freight and logistical services to customers all over the lower 48 states. They have a long history of inspiring their employees through hard work, dedication and determination to ensure that service to their customers is done right the first time. While they started in trucking they added to their service menu by providing all of your logistical needs as well. One of their mottos is -Take care of what takes care of you-. This not only refers to customers, but to carriers and employees equally. Moving freight is a team effort and my client realizes that they deal with the principals involved to build lasting relationships, deliver the service they committed to, and always be fair and honest.
Their asset based division runs their own fleet of trucks and also employs owner operators. Their specialization is flatbed loads. They can handle loads up to 51,000 lbs or they can move into heavy haul loads for whatever size their customers have. Large or small shipments that need to be permitted or not, the service is seamless between the two divisions.
They have offices in Texas and Arizona which serve the entire country. They have a 3PL Platinum Performance Program, they are a TIA member, BBB member in good standing, an Elite Carrier, a Specialized Carrier, and they use the latest technology.



Job Description:
This position is for local residents only.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Based in their Phoenix, AZ office, you will be responsible for the increasing Sales for the USA. You will be responsible for gaining new business thru customer (existing & new) contact on the phone and face to face when required. Most of your sales work will be inside sales.



Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years prior Sales experience selling
truck brokerage service a must.
• Flatbed & Van brokerage experience a big plus
• College Degree preferred
• Existing book of business will favorably influence
base pay & commission
• Existing business or market knowledge of the NE a
big plus.

PAY / BENEFIT PACKAGE:

• $60K - $70K Base Pay minimum. (Higher base available
based on book of business)
• Bonus pay based on Gross Profit numbers
