Advantex Express - Global leader in International Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Customs and Logistics, seeks a dynamic and dedicated Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team in Canadian Head office in Mississauga, ON. Plus other locations within Canada.

The Ideal candidate should be able to identify market opportunities, contacts assigned customer accounts and prospects new business. Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

Requirements:
We require senior professional with developing service and market knowledge with at least 3/5 years experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of services within identified commodity or geography. Typical accounts would be high challenge, high complexity, diverse customers that require ongoing client relationship support

  • To actively solicit new business in the designed area or commodity through external sales visits

  • Actively plan and coordinate local sales strategy in accordance with business field objectives

  • Prepare quotations, conduct presentations in accordance with Company guidelines, as required

  • Maintain relationships with operational management and staff to ensure ongoing customer service and support

  • Communicate business plan as required to the Sales Manager

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill clients' needs

  • Respond to inquiries and service issues as required by clients and operational staff
