Operations Manager Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a growing top 50 Third Party Logistics Company, is seeking candidates for Operations Manager at our Grand Island, NE operation. The Operations Manager position is designed to manage and direct the day to day logistics process of material movement through a high volume distribution facility. The ideal candidate should possess the following: • 2-5 years management experience in a warehousing or distribution environment • Bachelor's degree • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office • Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail • Strong work ethic, ability to multitask • Ability to work any shift • A competitive and career oriented mindset Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Direct management of warehouse staff including supervision, clerical, labor, and drivers • Management of inventory and material flow • Management of quality and safety compliance, as well as company policies and procedures • Interacting with the customer on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfaction • Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies • Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or General Manager LINC offers a competitive base salary and benefits package including major medical, dental, 401K, and vacation in addition to offering upward mobility within the company.
