Job Description:
We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Customer Care & Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities for this role include:
• Accountable and responsible for the achievement of all activities related to the Customer Care & Compliance department
• Provide timely, accurate and compliant information provided to both internal and external customers
• Provide leadership to the Customer Care & Compliance representatives
• Employee development, coaching/counseling, training and performance management. Develop & monitor Customer Care & Compliance policies & procedures
Develop, implement and improve processes
• Assist Customer Care & Compliance reps with complex customer service
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Monitor ticket system to ensure customer resolution is timely


Job Requirements:
Skills Required:
• Must possess Customs Brokerage license
• Ability to provide leadership to a large staff with various degrees of expertise
• Extensive skills with workflow and call center functionality
• Specialist level of experience with Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational, management, negotiation, persuasion and development skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate in a variety of situations
• Typically requires BS/BA and 6-8 years experience in related field, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
