Job Description: We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Customer Care & Compliance Supervisor. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities for this role includes: • Responsible for the achievement of all activities related to the Customer Care & Compliance team • Provide timely, accurate and compliant information provided to both internal and external customers • Supervise Customer Care & Compliance representatives and provide development, coaching/counseling, training and performance management. • Develop & monitor the application of Customer Care & Compliance policies & procedures • Assist Customer Care & Compliance reps with complex customer service issues • Monitor ticket system to ensure customer resolution is timely • Responsible for the assignment and completion of work within teams including members located across the US at a variety of skill set levels. Job Requirements: Skills & Qualifications: • Must possess or gain as part of the role, a CHB license, or, Certified Customs Specialist • Requires working knowledge and expertise with workflow and call center functionality Must be a specialist with all tools associated for the department • Requires a senior level of experience with Microsoft Office products to ensure timely development and communication of policy and procedures • Good leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills. • Good Verbal and written communications • Typically requires BS/BA and 2-4 years of related field, or equivalent. |
