Job Description:
We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Customer Care & Compliance Specialist. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities for this role includes:
• Responding to complex customer inquiries
• Routing and escalating calls for priority issues
• Researching required information using available resources and handling/resolving customer concerns
• Provides internal advice on highly complex transactions
• Serves as the primary contact for high profile customers to ensure a positive productive relationship.


Job Requirements:
Skills required:
• Must have a Customs Brokerage Licence
• 2-4 years of related Customs Brokerage experience
• Extensive depth of knowledge in Customs Brokerage regulations
• Verbal and written skills
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Working knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
