| Job Description: POSITION TITLE: SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YYZ JOB CATEGORY: SALES / MARKETING INDUSTRY: FREIGHT FORWARDING LOCATION: MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO DATE: OCTOBER 9, 2009 JOB ORDER NUMBER: 195964 EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have: • 5 years selling Freight Forwarding Services • Demonstrated high levels of sales success • A loyal complement of existing clientele. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is an international Freight Forwarding organization with physical representation in over 100 countries and annual revenues in the billions of dollars. They have a wide breadth of services that include air, ocean, transborder, special projects, customs and much more. They have a strong client base, a long history of success, a solid balance sheet, and an impressive IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone who has a specialty in selling the full gamut of freight forwarding services to a broad array of geographical locations. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to adopt a lucrative territory with a major player in the Freight Forwarding world. The Toronto market has exceptional potential for a talented sales person. You will be working out of the Canadian Head Office of this world class forwarder. You will be empowered to promote the entire breadth of services offered: air, ocean, transborder, special projects, customs, international, domestic, import, export and much more. You must be an expert in Freight Forwarding; a really strong business development specialist who is capable of successfully selling all of the services offered. As a true driving force behind the development of new business you have an outgoing personality, are able to work in a team, are self motivated, aggressively pursue targets, and can work the modern tools for sales success such as MS office and CRM software.
