As we enter a new phase of aggressive growth, Inland Container Express, Inc. is looking for full-time Freight Sales Representatives with an established customer base, who will work either from home or from our Atlanta or Las Vegas regional offices. Account Managers are employees, NOT AGENTS. We provide a base salary, a generous commission, benefits package and opportunity for advancement. EOE/AA Job Requirements: Minimum Experience, Education, and Training Required: • BA or BS Degree preferred • 2-5 years Brokerage experience preferred • Familiarity with DOT trucking regulations (Hours of Service, Claims etc) • Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) • Ability to work in fast paced environment that involves learning and using multiple applications and handling a high volume of phone calls • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Market knowledge of truckload lanes and rates • Individual commitment towards sharpening existing or acquiring new skills as required by demands of the business or customers • Must be resilient and comfortable in a cold-calling environment • Must be comfortable with and encouraged by an UNCAPPED commission based pay structure |
