Job Description:

Accountable for soliciting-and qualifying new customers for Business. Build equipment assets within the assigned territory as well as executing volume-building activities within targeted accounts

50% Time Spent; Development of New Customers

  • Solicit New customers through a variety of programs including but not limited to: Leads provided through Tell-Sell, Leads Provided by National Accounts Team, Leads provided by CSBG Management, and face to face cold calls. Center
  • Active community involvement within the assigned territory to build brand awareness and generate Leads for additional new account business.
  • Follow company guidelines for structuring the sales call and presentation.

35% Time Spent; Development of Existing Customers

  • Regular customer calls to Key Account base assigned to territory.
  • Build new brand distribution within existing accounts through point of sale advertising and sampling.
  • Manage company vending assets within existing customers in order to maximize case volume and margin.
  • Communicate price adjustments to existing accounts.

15% Time Spent; Administration Duties

  • Weekly Business Development Reports to track Daily/Weekly activity.
  • Telephone time spent for customer follow up.
  • Various administrative reports generated by senior management.-
    Attend Sales Meetings.


Job Requirements:

  • 3 Years Previous Face to Face Packaging Goods or System sales experience required.-
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
