Job Description: We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities for this role include: • Establishes standard elements to be audited and oversees the audit functions performed in the Columbia Processing Center and in field operations • Analyzes and reports the results of an audit • Monitors the use and maintenance of the quality management tool that reaches both internal and external aspects of a transaction and its impact on the overall quality • Interacts with internal customers to achieve maximum quality results for the office • Assist developing standard and custom reporting for DGF presentations at QBR with customers • Provides real time data and information with recommendations on actions to be taken to resolve and prevent additional quality occurrences • Oversees all quality aspects to ensure compliance with customer SOP, CBP & OGA rules and regulations along with DGF best practices and Import Manual procedures. Supervises department in accordance to KPI's with continuing monitoring and updating. • Provides leadership and support to employees, assisted by team leaders or senior individual contributor employees • Provides day-to-day work direction to team Job Requirements: Skills Required: • Ability to identify the key transactional elements to be audited based on customer requirements, liability and compliance • Identify systematic tools to allow in the automation of audit requirements where possible • Analyze data to determine trends and developments plus reporting on these elements • Strong communication skills • Ability to develop standard and custom reporting for presentations at QBR with customers • Must have strong leadership, motivation, organization and personal skills • Requires extensive knowledge of CBP, OGA, DGF and customer requirements Requires ability to monitor staff performance according to KPI's with the ability to identify methods to improve overall performance • Strong leadership, motiviational, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of related field, or equivalent • Requires a senior level of experience with Microsoft Office products |
