The following opportunity exists in our Hillsboro, OR, facility: Senior Procurement Manager Responsibilities: The Procurement Manager located at the Hillsboro site will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimal total-cost-of-ownership sourcing solutions to address complex supply business requirements, within prescribed timelines. Some travel to Company and supplier sites is required to support project initiatives and assignments. The Senior Procurement Manager will use advanced theoretical knowledge in developing enhancements to existing principles and concepts to independently lead cross-functional teams in implementing optimal total-cost-of-ownership sourcing solutions to unusually complex supply business requirements, within prescribed timelines. Job Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience. CPM, APICS certification or equivalent is preferred, as is an MBA or international experience. The ideal candidate will have solid, recent packaging and GMP experience. He/she must understand secondary packaging. The individual must have Demonstrated ability to manage and control an annual spend program of $20M.
