Job Description:
We have an outstanding career opportunity at our newly centralized, 24/7 state-of-the-art Customs Brokerage Processing Center in Columbia, South Carolina for a Station Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities for this role include:
• Provides support to station management including report generation, filing, mail room, reception, conference room management and meeting organization.
• Provides station support for all procurements.
• Supervises service, production, and support employee
• Ensures that CHB Intranet site is up to date and all new and updated policies and procedures are posted
• Maintains office and staffing statistical data and provides 4 box reporting requirements Oversees payroll for entire building
• Provides support for staffing records including org charts, training records, schedules, skill levels and roles
• Provides support for all building functions and vendors such as cleaning, phone, security, landlord, cleaning etc
• Generates all Alliance reports at the request of management or sales

Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to manage and schedule multiple functions within team ensuring each duty is cross trained
• Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures relative to quality and productivity improvements, training, budgeting and cost control, and progressive techniques in area of specialization
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including the use of templates in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Understands and can apply leadership skills for work direction, motivation, and performance management
• Typically requires BS/BA and 2-4 years of related field, or equivalent. Professional certification required in some areas.
