    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
    The primary role of the Account Executive, Air Freight is to increase market share through the solicitation and capture of new accounts and through expansion of revenue from existing clients. You are a true hunter and closer and your previous customer interaction and relationships will be beneficial to you in this role. You have been in a similar role for some time and are looking to make a positive change. You are a self starter with excellent self management skills whose personal goal is success through winning!

    As the successful candidate you must be an expert in Freight Forwarding with a specific affinity for, interest in, and knowledge of, Air Freight Cargo.

    You are an obvious career sales professional who has long since put behind you the baptism by fire stage, has a diploma from the school of hard knocks, and who has persevered against all odds to emerge unscathed and consistently successful. This will have taken you a minimum of 5 years.

    You will bring an energy and enthusiasm that many around you would have described in the past as contagious . These traits, combined with an overwhelming desire to compete, to win, and to succeed, round out the perfect candidate.

    Most importantly you have a keen focus on delivering Solutions and driving Value!

    That being said you will be empowered to sell the entire width and breadth of their service offering. The theory would be to lead with Air freight and then to follow up with ocean or Ground or Customs, etc .
