| Job Description: Sorry, Visa / sponsorship not available. TMSi, a national provider of 3rd Party logistics services, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Olive Branch, MS. This individual needs a minimum of 5 years experience supervising in a distribution and warehousing environment. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and team management skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and who has the ability to build and maintain a successful distribution center. The right applicant will be self driven, hands on, people oriented and an excellent communicator. The successful candidate must be available and willing to work variable hours, overtime and weekend hours as required and must pass a background check and drug and alcohol test. Job Requirements: • Safety orientated leadership. • Experience in all aspects of warehouse and transportation operations. • Background in Inventory management processes • Success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting. • Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with a WMS. • Analytical skills to evaluate, report, select and implement cost effective warehousing solutions. • Ability to update and submit reports/data in a timely manner. • Related Associates or preferably a Bachelor's degree |
