| Job Description: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE: Our client, a transportation company located in Brampton is looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the customer base. RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquire and develop new accounts for 3PL Warehousing and Transportation services. Create and execute strategic, effective and actionable plans that define a clear growth strategy for current customers and new business. Involved with designing rate structures, provide estimates or quote prices. Responsible for servicing accounts, information management, monthly reporting, order administration, training, attendance at conferences and other required meetings. Responsible for revenue attainment, customer satisfaction and meeting strategic targets. Job Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 5 years + of sales experience in 3PL and transportation solutions. Strong inner drive and the ability to meet and exceed goals Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Effective presentation and organizational skills Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude |
