| Job Description: POSITION TITLE: SENIOR CONSULTANT MANAGED IT SERVICES JOB CATEGORY: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY / SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY: SYSTEMS INTEGRATION LOCATION: MONTREAL, QC DATE: MAY 1, 2009 JOB ORDER NUMBER: 195725 EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you must have: • Appropriate Degree or Technical Education and Certification. • • 3 - 5 years of technical services support or pre-sales consulting experience. • 3 - 5 years of managed hosting services or networking experience. • Advanced knowledge of networking and telecommunication technologies and concepts. • Working knowledge of data replication and data mirroring technologies and processes. Continued strong growth is forecast, and management is currently searching for an energetic, experienced Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, to design detailed solutions for Managed Hosting and professional services for subscribers and prospects. In addition, the successful applicant will: • Provide presales support in the assigned region to as many as five sales people for managed hosting, data center out-sourcing, data replication, Business Continuity and Resumption services and professional consulting services engagements. • Deliver Technical presentations of service offerings to new and existing customers. • Gather technical information on the customer's IT environment, such as datacenter operations, systems, networking infrastructure, backup processes, applications, user access and business unit interdependencies. SALARY RANGE: $75K - $100K base plus generous benefits and bonuses. EDUCATION: Degree or Technical Education and Certification.
