    EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
    • An average of 3 years experience in Business to Business Sales in the Transportation industry
    • Previous experience in Custom and Brokerage Sales is an asset
    • Experience as a Hunter and a Closer
    • Demonstrated high levels of sales success.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Our client is a privately held Canadian company, established as a leader in the LOGISTICS Industry with an extensive variety of transportation resources. A very strong player in the International and Transborder market, they are looking to increase their market share across all product offerings. They continue to show year over year growth in virtually all product offerings. The range of services covers; air , ocean, ground, transborder, Logistics and Supply Chain and Custom Brokerage. They pride themselves on providing superb service to their customer base.

    Our client is looking for that special individual, the one that can deliver results through initiative, hunting, cold calling, developing current client business and closing the big deal . It is not the role for the timid or those who thrive on maintaining! The perfect candidate is one who has been in a similar role for a number of years and is looking for a new personal challenge.

    You will be empowered to promote the entire breadth of services offered: air, ocean, transborder, special projects, customs, international, domestic, import, export and much more. You must be an expert in Freight Forwarding; a really strong business development specialist who is capable of successfully selling all of the services offered.
