    EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for these positions, you must have:
    • 2 - 5 years experience in the financial industry with extensive experience in one of the following areas:
    o Capital Markets (Equities)
    o Fixed Income
    o Treasury / Derivatives
    o Risk Market / Credit
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Understand and or experience with FAS133.
    • Understanding of the Straight Through Processing model.
    • Ability to gather requirements from end users, including Back and Front office personnel.
    • Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin language skills in addition to strong English abilities.
    • Ability to relocate to Hong Kong or Singapore and travel extensively on business throughout Asia.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Our client, a major player in Financial Software and Services, has immediate needs for a Treasury / Capital Markets Consultant with a strong background in Derivatives products and Risk Software to provide consulting services as a key member of their team within the Asia Pacific region. The key role of the Treasury /Capital Markets Consultant is to assist clients with support and implementation of software by offering experience with these banking products. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills due to the extensive client interaction. Candidates for this position must flexible to relocate to a base city in Asia Pacific and travel to client sites. Applicants should have had experience in Financial Accounting and/or supporting the daily processing, analysis, settlement, and reporting support for a business group.

    The successful candidate will possess:
    • Ability to write specifications and testing plans
    • Experience with pricing complex financial instruments
    • Experience utilizing a structured software testing methodology
    • Advanced skills in:
    • Money Market
    • CMO, CDO
    • ABS, MBS
    • Interest Rate Derivatives
    • Credit Derivatives
    • Treasury

    SALARY RANGE: Generous base, plus relocation and incentives.

    QUALIFICATIONS: University Degree, excellent English communications skills, current passport.


    REQUIRED TRAVEL: 50% - 80%
