    EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you must have:
    • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
    • Five or more years in an IT environment including successful Project Management experience.
    • Two or more years experience in a Professional Consulting environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, data backup, recovery and replication technologies.
    • Advanced knowledge of backup and recovery software such as Veritas, Legato, and TSM.
    • Knowledge of clustering technologies and server/storage virtualization technologies.
    • Strong understanding of replication and vaulting technologies (SRDF, Global Mirror).
    • Strong understanding of SAN technologies, including server component, switch component and storage component.
    • Strong understanding of NAS technologies (such as NETAPP).
    • Exceptional communications and presentation skills.

The Lead Consultant will contribute to the success of the practice area through personal billable utilization, service delivery compliance, continued growth and knowledge in data backup, restoration and replication technologies, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Demonstrating an exceptional understanding of data backup and replication technologies, concepts and practices.
    • Meeting and exceeding billable utilization targets.
    • Adhering to and enhancing service methodologies and best practices that result in high customer satisfaction.
    • Effective time management.
    • Mentor junior-level consultants.
