The Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) is the world's largest manufacturer, seller and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages - some of the world's most recognized consumer brands.

The Regional Supply Planner contributes to the success of The Pepsi Bottling Group by executing the supply planning process within a defined network. This person supports the planning of production, raw material forecasting, deployment generation, innovation execution and ordering plans to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained. This person also supports Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure communication and data is accurate and prompt on all innovation products.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for reducing Out of Stocks across the Business Unit
  • Supports Plant Supply Planners during vacation/time off
  • Supports BU Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Teams with Innovation Planning and Execution.
  • Leads MU SIP calls to address supply concerns.
  • Utilize exception reports to identify and correct potential out of stock issues
  • Perform daily root cause analysis and corrective actions with the Supply Manager
  • Responsible for overall data maintenance for systems associated with Supply Planning
  • Executes MRP initiatives and raw material forecasting
  • Supports Advanced Planning improvement via data analysis and issue resolution with HQ Master Planner and Plant Supply Planner
  • Reviews sourcing opportunities and makes recommendations to BU Supply Manager to drive efficient low cost sourcing solutions.


Basic Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Operations
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in supply chain
  • Experience with various ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proficient in Micro Soft Office Skills
