| Company Profile: 6-24 Month Temporary Position Temporary position with potential for permanent employment with a prominent international trade compliance consulting firm based in-house at large high tech exporting client managing exports for trade compliance into South and Central America. Job Description: • Act as in-house consultant to client on import requirements for high tech goods into Central and South America • Advise on Free Trade Agreements for goods shipped to Latin American destinations • Communicate with US local and foreign based shippers worldwide as well as Central and South American customers • Advise management on changes to import/export requirements • Provide trade compliance training to company employees and associates • Act as in-house go-to on import/export requirements into Latin American countries from USA and other origin countries • Provide expert advice on export shipment policies and procedures on compliance and logistics • Interface with freight forwarders, brokers and other trade related service providers to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures • Work with Sales on logistics processes as required by customer base Tyler Search Consultants is the leading Trade Compliance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management recruiting firm in the country.
