Job Description: -Oversee and manage export compliance and licensing program as lead subject matter expert -Communicate with management, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and gov't officials -Develop and conduct trade compliance training for employees -Act as go-to person on import compliance including classification, valuation, trade agreements, country of origin, marking, Chapter 98 claims, etc. -Oversee export documentation processes and procedures -Advise management on impact of existing and changing export compliance regulations regarding new and existing products -Communicate export compliance licensing requirements to all business unit employees -Subject matter export on export licensing including ITAR and EAR licenses -Manage export licensing process and procedures -Prepare and manage import and export documentation for brokers, forwarders and customers -Develop and update company trade compliance manual as required Tyler Search Consultants is the leading Trade Compliance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management recruiting firm in the country.
