Job Description:
-Develop and implement first rate trade compliance program
-Provide compliance training to company employees and associates on import compliance
-Prepare and manage import and export documentation for brokers, forwarders and customers
-Develop company import compliance manual
-Advise management on import and export regulations as necessary
-Manage NAFTA compliance program for US, MX, CA facilities
-Act as subject matter expert on valuation and origin determination
-Manage classification of imported products under the HTS
-Conduct internal and external pre and post entry audits
-Prepare company for C-TPAT program certification

Job Requirements:
Import compliance management experience- Licensed Customs Broker preferred
Experience with Customs (Focused Assessment) Audit required
NAFTA experience required
Experience in implementing a trade compliance program required
Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
