| Company Profile: Our client is a growing, profitable and financially stable international freight forwarder with a global presence. Job Description: International Freight Forwarder is seeking a strong leader to run their Miami branch operation. This is a "hands on" management position. Responsibilities include involvement in, and oversite of, all aspects of station operations and sales management, including P&L and personnel administration. This position requires preparation and execution of a sales plan for the territory to develop new business to a broad range of customers. Position also involves training, managing and mentoring of staff. We are looking for an individual with current experience working for an international freight forwarder at the management level, with experience in both operations and sales.
