Job Description:
Responsible for selling beverage products to customers identified in AOM-(All Other Markets) i.e. Convenience Stores, Liquor Stores, etc.- -This position is- paid on a- 100% Commission Structure.
The job duties set forth are not all inclusive, but do represent the primary duties performed by the colleague in this position.

- Sell beverage to customers.
- Keep paperwork current for calls made and orders processed.
- Effectively uses the retail tools and merchandising materials to increase retail conditions and points of presence (POP).
- Identify and communicate key learning's to the Retail Customers.
- Build and maintains relationships with new and existing customers.
- Attends and participates in weekly Sales Meetings.
- Directs the work of Merchandisers who are assigned to the account.
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation a must. Must possess valid car insurance.
- Must possess a valid Colorado Drivers License with a good driving record to meet company standards and guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
- 1 year of consumer product experience.
- Ability to overcome objections from customers.
- Must have good communication skills in order to communicate with all customers.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and speaking skills.
- Working knowledge of PC software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Margin Minder.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
