Job Description:
This position is for local residents only.
This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most well respected companies in the logistics industry. In this role, you will create, grow, and manage your own account base.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Accountable to directly identify and initiate business development efforts
  • Develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve corporate revenue goals
  • Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers needs and expectations are met
  • Meet sales threshold/quota as defined by the company


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in logistics sales
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Proven track record in generating profitable revenue growth and retaining existing customers
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills
  • Ability to develop long term relationships
  • Must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to sales & service issues
  • Must have strong presentation skills and the ability to handle negotiations between AIT and its customers
  • Must be adaptable to changing needs of clients and goals of AIT
  • Effective follow-up skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's product and services
