Standard functions include quotations, making booking arrangements, and processing of all documents required for compliance to national and international regulations. Job Description: This position is for local residents only. 1 - Ocean Freight Coordinator, Experience, bilingual, open and close a file, customer service, documentation, F.F., bookings, computer savvy, bilingual. 2 - Air Freight Experience- Bilingual, handle file from A-Z, including all documentations, rates and quotes, customer service, handling special accounts, coordinating pick-ups and computer savvy. Job Requirements: Experience with Freight Forwarding 2-5 years, handling all documentation, bilingual, English and Spanish, Rates and Quotes, air and ocean experience, exports. TSA certification is a plus |
