Job Description: This position is for local residents only. Directs and coordinates activities of associates engaged in creating, moving and storing product by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors or employees. Maintain and manage the sales planning process and the relationship between purchasing, production, stock and sales planning in MS-Excel and the ERP system JD-Edwards. Customer Service: Define department metrics/benchmarks and align goals to improve customer satisfaction Provides strong and solid direction of corporate goals and expectations to staff, as well as coaching, supporting and development Deliver first class customer service to external clients. Ensures staff order entry accuracy and order delivery performances Monitor complaints plus return handling, processing and actions on corrective services to adjust customer complaints Ensures that invoices are process daily (on shipment days) Ensures that Process credits and manual invoices for the month are posted Perform credit check on all orders prior to order entry in JDE Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow Issue written and oral instructions Check list for export orders per country per customer Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates Maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances Monitor and is responsible for commission process commissions, credits and rebates or cash out to customer) Manage and oversee the Supply Chain Group Gives direction to necessary departments in organization (in work order form) Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics or business related field, with 3 - 5 years of experience.
