Customer Service Coordinator
in Austin, TX


Job Description:
Responsible for customer service for east and west coast container terminals, including verifying the accuracy of documentation and proper handling of import and export cargo.

This position is for local residents only.

Job Requirements:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Hours M-F 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on-call weekends.
  • Transportation, maritime or distribution experience preferred.
