DISPATCHER - 3rd Shift

Be that all-important link between our
drivers, customers and company.

Leading northeast transportation provider based in the Windsor Locks, CT area, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to ensure quality operations, premier customer service, and that all company objectives are met/achieved.

Responsibilities will include:


  • coaching/mentoring a group of experienced drivers
  • ensuring the successful execution of on-time deliveries
  • overseeing fulfillment of fleet needs
  • planning timely and accurate packaging of driver transportation
  • ensuring driver safety and compliance with DOT regulations
  • administrative and reporting duties
  • experienced dispatcher preferred


Successful candidate will be able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced, service-driven environment, and also possess excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of applicable DOT regulations and geography within the northeast is essential, as are basic PC skills and knowledge of transportation equipment/terminology.

Ability to work a Night schedule that gives you every Split Days off will also be expected.
