Manager, Inside Sales/Telemarketing


Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generation of pre qualified prospects/leads and leading the Inside Sales team.

Duties include:
  • Support execution and tracking of marketing designed initiatives including marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Provide marketing with post campaign feedback
  • Develop, maintain, and track key performance indicators
  • Develop, maintain, and track employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and relevant CRM contact data
  • Hire and train staff to maintain optimal departmental staffing levels
  • Coach & mentor Inside Sales Professionals
  • Audit inside sales and lead programs regularly Develop, maintain and track internal and external customer feedback systems
  • Track assigned leads using sales acceptance metrics
  • Liaison with Canadian division to maximize lead revenue potential
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a proven sales management track record and understanding and demonstration of the following behavioral skills:
  • Tele-prospecting, sales and cold-calling
  • Business insight
  • Planning & business development
  • Influence and negotiation skills
  • Networking & interpersonal skills
  • Innovative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good budget analysis
  • Strong MS computer skills, as well as, CRM experience
