We currently have the following position available in our Marshalls Distribution Center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Distribution Center Supervisor "B Shift" 6:45AM-7:15PM. Friday - Sunday. Responsibilities: Qualified candidates will take total responsibility for operating an efficient, productive and safe department, while meeting or exceeding daily production requirements within the Distribution Center. Ensures that quality and service are at a high level. Maintains a productive, positive and motivated work force by spending a minimum of 90% of the total shift "on the Floor" reviewing orders and directing associates. The right supervisor ensures good work attitudes, atmosphere, and communication to maximize productivity. Also he or she will conduct performance appraisals and be involved in resolving associate relations issues.
