Develop the mid to long term demand planning process at DPSG. Correlate key economic factors into the mid to long term forecast process to drive forecast accuracy for DPSG. Conduct detailed analysis of outputs and inputs to the demand planning areas, (Bottle and Can, CSD/Syrups, Mott's and Snapple). Assist in the development of new business processes and systems that will drive forecast accuracy adding value to all downstream commercial and supply chain processes.

• Utilize/Maintain SAP APO as the demand planning tool - including support of field users, maintenance of security, selection profiles and driving systems issues to resolution.


• Integrate key economic data into the forecast process. Analyse and fine tune base statistical forecasts and models in APO to improve forecasting accuracy based on these inputs.


• Deliver APO training and provide systems support as required for the sales marketing and supply chain.


• Deliver and monitor forecast accuracy reports to ensure achievement of forecast performance within standards, providing feedback to forecasters to drive improvement.


• Conduct master data maintenance to include new product/distribution set up, proportional factor maintenance, discontinuing items, create forecast profiles in APO and maintain profile assignment documents.


• Assist in the management of the anticipated demand for new/seasonal products and/or new markets.


• Work closely with Demand Controller to identify short term demand changes and make proper adjustments


• Handle special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, and economic forecasting, correlation logic and price elasticity.
