Due to continued growth and expansion, there is a need to add a South America Route Development Manager (RDM). This RDM will be responsible for developing the all trade lanes throughout South America. Responsibilities for this role include: Analyzing and having a firm understanding of the shipping trends into and out of South America, Promote and collect export business, Establish agent relationships, Negotiate rates with carriers, and have the ability to travel throuhouth South America on a continual basis.



Job Requirements:
The ideal profile will be an individual who:
1. Is professional in image and presentation
2. Has a minimum of 5-10 years experience selling freight forwarding services
3. Experience with the South American trade lanes is REQUIRED
4. Has prior experience as a Route Development Manager
5. Being fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferable
6. Is open to extensive travel
