| Job Description: Position Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor Reports to: Ecommerce Operations Manager Position Purpose: Supervises and is directly responsible for all Ecommerce warehouse employees Duties and Responsibilities: • Trains employees for all pick, pack, shipping, receiving, labeling and returns positions • Ensures all orders are pulled and boxed properly • Ensures all orders are verified and shipped properly • Constructively watches employees and provides feedback on a regular basis • Oversees return and receiving procedures • Helps with inventory management • Helps to create process documents for the department • Other duties as assigned • Adheres to all company/safety procedures in the performance of job duties Primary Interactions: • Daily interaction with other warehouse personnel in order to accomplish tasks • Daily interaction with Operations Manager as to status of department Job Requirements: Qualifications: • Minimum of two years experience in a lead position • Ability to demonstrate quality assurance in shipping customer orders • Must be able to work in a high paced environment • Minimum of two years experience with piece goods • Ecommerce experience preferred • Apparel industry experience preferred • College graduate preferred, high school diploma or general education degree required Physical Demands: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work near lift trucks and pallet jacks and moving conveyors. Following all proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards. |
