Job Description:
Job Summary:
Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.

Job Duties:
  • Communicates with customer by phone or in person and receives orders for account.
  • Supervision of small scale accounts
  • Deliver Customer expectation
  • Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, communicates changes with accounts and ensures orders and changes are executed.
  • Solicits sale of new or additional services.
  • Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
    Additional Responsibilities:
  • Performs other functions as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Must have the ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations;
  • Must respond promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both oral & written
  • Must be bilingual Spanish
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must have strong knowledge in MS Excel
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds if necessary


Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • AA degree preferred
