 Job Description:
General Summary The TPM Program Facilitator is to provide expertise, coordinate and lead the Autonomous Maintenance and Six Sigma effort in the Napoleon Plant as well as other TPM activities. This position will lead these TPM initiatives by coaching and guiding Green Belts, using sound analytical methods, advanced software skills, sound engineering knowledge, change management, communication tools, and good accounting principals. Principal Accountabilities
- 50% - Autonomous Maintenance program facilitation and guidance
- 25% - Six Sigma program
- 10% - DDS support and Change Management implementation.
- 5% -Capital Project justification
- 5% TDC Reduction - including analyzing manufacturing systems, root cause analysis, expense costs, and incoming material/ingredients to determine economical means to improve overall cost performance.
- 5% - Keeping abreast of current technology, labor standards, and manufacturing improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications Minimum education required: BS-Engineering Education desired: MBA Years of relevant experience: 5 years minimum
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Experience in executing Autonomous Maintenance is a must.
- Six Sigma background (black belt preferred).
- Execution of improvements using other TPM tools (Lean, 5S, Centerline, Kaizen, Theory of Constraints), Data Analysis, Loss. Analysis,and Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.
- Experience and passion for introducing new technology and techniques (inside change agent).
- Willingness to work off shifts as needed.
- Self starter with minimum direction required to make significant improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Power user of Microsoft suite software including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Project.
- Very helpful, but not required: experience in Zarpac, SAP, and Computer Simulation and Project Management.
Working Conditions - Working conditions are typical of a food processing environment with offices and manufacturing processes.
