Pilot, a National Freight Forwarder headquartered in Lima, PA needs a Part-Time Operations Agent for our Rochester, NY office. Hours are 2PM to 7PM, (Mon,Tues,Wed,and Friday), and 8AM to 12PM on Saturdays. Responsible for tracking inbound shipments and coordinating recovery and delivery schedules with various cartage agents. Identify and communicate issues with other stations, and update shipment status in tracking system. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented and be able to interact with customers and other stations. Prior customer service and airfreight/transportation experience preferred. Reply to: Pilot Freight Services, 314 N.
