| Job Description: Sorry, Visa / sponsorship not available. . . Export Compliance Manager . Candidates must have experience in training and procedures / sop writing. The right candidate for this position will be "a regulatory person" not an operations person. Current Managerial status not necessary, however Sr. Supervisory experience is required. . - Must have detailed knowledge of the EAR/BIS, AES/CBP - Ability to determine the proper export classification for electronic products and components - Must have detailed knowledge of encryption - Able to work with legal on Statement of Assurance and NDA's - Knowledge of technology transfers and the export requirements - Must be able to determine by specifications and research whether product can be used by end user for military end use. - Experience with DPL and AES filing - Must be able to complete a CCAT ruling request - Review the export management system and update as needed. Requirements: - 8- 10 years of export compliance experience - Experience with Export Licensing, ITAR, Hazmat / DG, TSA, C-TPAT - Management experience - Detailed and Analytical - College degree - ability to learn quickly multiple systems - Strong written and verbal communication . . . ** Salary will dep. on experience.
