ARE YOU READY TO WORK FOR A WORLD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDER? Towne Air Freight is currently seeking a PM Shift Supervisor for its Grapevine, Texas facility. The individual will be responsible for the direction, supervision and leadership of the daily activities of the PM shift staff in a manner that would enable the staff to achieve optimal quality, productivity and providing first-class customer service. Incumbent will have strong communication, both written and oral, communicating with both internal and external customers. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Must have demonstrated abilities to multi-task and possess a sense of urgency. Candidate must have the following qualities: • Excellent people and team-building skills • Ability to assign duties and monitor the performance of staff and their service to the customer. • Must have LTL experience • Ability to work flexible work shifts, including evenings We offer a competitive base salary with incentive bonuses.
