Position Description
Responsibilities for all Human Resources functions within a store environment. Responsibilities include anticipating talent needs and addressing them through proactive and effective recruiting, staffing and training as well as the monitoring of. Motivate and retain existing talent by anticipating human resource issues in the store through consistent and effective application of Lowe's policies, management practices, and legal requirements. Maintain positive employee relations by conducting focus group meetings, timely investigation and on-going employee interactions. Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
Position Requirements
To be considered candidates much have a minimum of five years combined experience which could include: secondary education in an HR discipline and/or HR Generalist work experience and/or PHR certification (equivalent to 1 year). Candidate must be flexible regarding relocation.
Preferred Qualifications
4 year degree in Human Resource.
PHR Certification.
Retail industry experience with a home center and/or mass retailer environment.
