POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is a member of one of the fastest growing franchise operations in the home products industry. They provide top of the line service and products to home owners. Our client seeks a Sales Manager to manage and grow their sales team. They are looking for someone who understands the art of selling capital products to home owners by visiting their homes. Examples would include items such as window & doors, roofing, flooring, HVAC, etc. Since this company has recently become a part of the franchise organization a very sound method of sales presentation and goals has been put in place and they have become extremely profitable and successful. Now they need a leader to continue to motivate their existing sales team, and recruit for new sales representative. The company has a solid marketing strategy however they will look to you to provide new ideas that will generate even more leads. If you thrive on a process driven sales atmosphere and love reviewing, monitoring and growing sales numbers in order to see results on the company's bottom line then please apply!
